It features a 4-inch stroke and operates efficiently within a voltage range of 6V to 12V. The actuator is equipped with a 3 Pole Ferrite motor and a metal gear train complemented by a nylon pinion, ensuring durability and reliability. It provides a dynamic thrust of 112 lbs and can handle a static load capacity of up to 500 lbs. The actuator’s no-load speed is 0.60 inches per second, while the maximum load speed is 0.39 inches per second. It incorporates a 10KΩ potentiometer feedback style with a tolerance of ± 5% and a feedback density of 2.5KΩ per inch, offering precise control and positioning. The device is designed to operate within a temperature range of -26°C to +65°C and has an IP54 rating, indicating protection against dust and water splashes.
