Rust Repair Plates for 1972–1993 Dodge Pickup Frames – Rear Leaf Spring and Front Shackle Reinforcement

Description

   It is common for these old trucks to have a great frame with a rust hole behind the front spring shackles of the rear springs. Especially bad on the fuel tank side where things just didn’t stay as clean. With a pair of these plates you can easily repair it to its original strength. Remove the original shackle, clean up rusty area and bolt the shackle back on with included hardware and the option then is available to weld it in place from the inside or outside or both.

2 11ga plates. 
8 7/16×1.25 bolt/nut/washer sets. 
no directions, but we know you are smart enough to figure this one out. 
Choose plate set for 6”, 7” or 8” tall frames. 
To check your frame height, measure its vertical height under the front half of the bed.
