The Pololu ACS72981ELRATR-200B5 Current Sensor Large Carrier -200A to +200A, 5V is a Hall effect-based, electrically isolated current sensor designed for nominal 5V operation. It features a low-resistance current path and a high bandwidth of 250 kHz, providing fast response times. The sensor outputs a ratiometric analog voltage proportional to AC or DC currents, with integrated digital temperature compensation for improved accuracy. It is suitable for bidirectional input currents ranging from -200A to +200A.
The sensor is mounted on a large carrier board, facilitating easy integration into various applications requiring electrical isolation. Connection points are clearly labeled, and the board supports multiple connection methods, including soldered wires and terminal blocks.
Note: This product is intended for use below 30V. Exceeding temperature or current limits can cause permanent damage to the sensor. Handle with care to avoid burns.
