It operates efficiently at a speed of 0.30 inches per second under no load conditions, and 0.20 inches per second at maximum load. This actuator is powered by a 3 Pole Ferrite motor and incorporates a 10KΩ potentiometer for precise feedback. The actuator’s construction includes a metal gear train complemented by a nylon pinion, and it utilizes a straight cut spur gearbox with a 30:1 gear ratio.
